We are currently searching for Bilingual Spanish / English Customer Service candidates for our clients in the Northwest suburbs Chicago.Spanish / English Customer Service Responsibilities:Create purchase orders based on customer's forecast, and arrange delivery schedule.Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving as well as update daily inventory for multiple locations.Communicate with customers and vendors regarding any inquiries.Provide product and pricing information by clarifying customer requestRespond to customer's urgent request and arrange expedite delivery schedule.Handle import business from overseas.Accounting and administrative tasks such as filing, data entry/processing, etc.Other duties as assignedSpanish / English Customer Service Requirements:Collage Degree or experience with similar rolesBusiness Level both Spanish and English language skill required2-3 years' experience in an office environment is preferred but entry level candidates also welcome!Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Must be flexible and able to work in a multicultural environmentMust be able to work responsibly and effectively*************************************************************************************Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc., has been one of the leading recruiting firms in North America when it comes to working with Japanese Businesses for over 20 years.
