Job Description

The AE Service Coordinator work directly with the Service Manager to coordinate and assist with Service Sales activities, Marketing related activities, help fulfill customer service requests, and work with the Field Service Supervisor to manage the Training department.

* Assist Service Sales Director & Manager to fulfill requirements as needed.
* Help coordinate Service Sales Activities within the group such as: sales promotions, trade shows, customer concierge, coordinating activities with the AE Sales team, and sales channels.
* Assist in the creation, collection, and distribution of Service Marketing related activities.
* Assist with Service Customer requests.
* Help create and Maintain Service Sales Leads
* Training & Workshops: Coordinate and support of AE training and workshop activities
* Training & Workshop Scheduling
* Training & Workshop Website
* Training & Workshop meal coordination
* Training Inbox
* Training Calls
* Training Quotes
* Training Order processing and Invoicing
* Training & Workshop attendee tracking and follow-ups.



Qualifications

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

* 2-Years Customer Service experience
* Good Verbal and Communication skills
* Microsoft Office Software experience
* SAP Experience

Preferred Experiences:

* Marketing experience
* Website site maintenance experience
