Job Description:

-
We are looking for a Civil Drafter to join a diverse, architecture/engineering firm. - -

Responsibilities include: -

Develop drawings utilizing AutoCAD based on field notes, surveys and maps.
Review field notes, surveys, and maps to identify utilities
Create basic designs that are accurate
Prepare -site plans -
Assist in the permitting process with local municipalities -
Will be required to use OSP record data base applications and maps such as Nearmap -
Will report to the Senior Project Manager -

Desired Skills and Experience
- 1-2 years -drafting experience required
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2015 and up) -
- Experience using Civil 3D (a plus) -
- Strong organizational skills a must
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment -
- Experience working for a civil -design firm a plus
- Professional communication skills -
