Job Description:

The Real Estate Investment Analyst will focus on developing and communicating investment analysis on the real estate portfolio at the asset and portfolio levels, requiring superior analytical ability, strong quantitative foundation, and critical thinking.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
* Support Asset Management, Transactions and Leasing personnel to provide cash flow modeling and deal analysis for real estate acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, financing and operations
* Maintain the investment parameters portions of the Asset Management plans and quantify related operational progress toward reaching maximum potential value
* Provide and present portfolio information as needed for capital markets and due diligence initiatives
* Measure progress of various sub-operating portfolios, communicating opportunities to enhance go-forward performance
* Organize and manipulate large amounts of data to produce accurate and actionable conclusions, particularly on asset valuations

Required Experience/Skills:
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or Related Field
* 2+ Years Relevant Experience in Real Estate Investment Analysis
* Intermediate-to-Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel
* Strong working knowledge of investment measurement and valuation principles
* Ability to effectively communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders
