As an** **Electrical Engineer within the Manufacturing Engineering Department,** **you will be responsible for** :+ Working on new product development teams to ensure products can be produced successfully throughout the supply chain.+ Troubleshooting electrical/electronic issues to ensure production continuity.+ Designing fixtures and tooling to improve manufacturing processes.+ Providing technical support to Production personnel by helping to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.+ Developing, evaluating, improving, and documenting manufacturing processes to improve quality and reduce cost in compliance with FDA requirements and regulations.+ Creating & maintaining accurate product Bills of Materials & Routings.+ Implementing and maintaining lean manufacturing techniques such as Kanban, Kaizen & 5S.+ Reviewing and approving applicable engineering specifications and drawings for manufacturability.+ Supporting company policies and procedures, goals and objectives, FDA regulations and good manufacturing practices.**This position may suit you best if you are familiar with** **the required skills below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers**+ Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering.+ Strong Electrical Engineering background.+ Ability to interpret electrical wiring diagrams, drawings, schematics, etc.+ Ability to design and maintain electrical fixtures.+ Excellent writing, editing and proofing skills.+ Exhibits skills needed to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders.+ Demonstrates the ability to manage change in rapidly evolving situations.+ Strong project management skills, including ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.+ Willingness to work as part of an integrated team and, at times, independently.**Preferred skills to have for the success of this role**+ 5+ years of experience in a related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities.+ Knowledge of FDA medical device regulations and processes (i.e. IQ, OQ, PQ).+ ERP experience (SAP preferred).+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Visio.+ Programming experience or advanced Excel skills (VBA, macros, etc).At Siemens Healthineers, we value those who dedicate their energy and passion to a greater cause.
