Job Description:

Kforce has a client that supports the automotive industry currently looking for Software Implementation Consultants that will help train dealership employees on their critical systems to allow them to operate more efficiently. These individuals must have a customer service attitude and the ability to think and act in a professional manner at all times. Extensive travel is required to various locations throughout the US/Canada. Paid Travel time and expenses are included. Responsibilities:

• The Software Implementation Consultant will be supporting application software at dealership client sites
• Conducting training to familiarize clients with their new software
• Engaging dealership personnel in implementation of products to ensure the client is satisfied with solution
• 90% travel in North America
• Participating with our sales force in pre-site meetings to assess client needs
• Conducting periodic status meetings to assure client satisfaction
• The Software Implementation Consultant will be completing and submitting field paperwork
