FAC is currently searching for an **Inventory Analyst** to manage our Midwests office robot inventory including database management, support of inventory goals and objectives, and corporate reporting. Key responsibilities include: * The position requires working with various groups within FAC, including District/Account Managers, to obtain information which will assist in setting appropriate robot inventory levels. Manage the Midwest forecast process, minimizing excess inventory, especially aged inventory, while maximizing robot availability for Midwest Customers * Responsible for monthly sales forecast submissions and pipeline robot ordering including submitting all Authorization to Proceed requests for the Midwest Region. * Work with Midwest District/Account Managers, various executing groups and Product Sales Administration (PSA) to insure robot models are available per customer requested delivery dates. * Developing a strong working knowledge of all forecasting elements to support and enhance FAC Midwests robot forecasting/ordering process. * Participation in Midwests annual robot physical inventory and reconciling as needed. * Champion monthly reporting and analysis of robot inventory levels and trends. * Work closely with FANUC Corp in various communications relative to robot production, capacity, forecasting, BOM changes, ordering and customer oriented issues. * Prepare special inventory analysis as requested/required by the Regional Director * Support all MDW shipping and receiving activities to include Demo Cells for various tradeshows and ASI needs At **FANUC America Corporation** we are passionate about our customers, our employees, and the work we perform.
