A Client of ours is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for second shift in Chicago, IL area!Key Responsibilities:Manage the projecting maintenance programPlan routine maintenance schedule and follow up on all problems to develop solutionsMaximize available run timeMonitor and repair breakdownsKeep upper management informed of issues that affect performanceEnsure all safety devices are properly installedEnsure all parts and equipment remain at approved levelsResponsible for supervising employeesAdjust work schedule to meet production requirementsEnsure all company, state, and federal requirements for food safety are metSupervise, train and develop subordinatesMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor s degree preferred3+ years related experienceGeneral knowledge of computerized maintenance management systemsKnowledge of food plant production and processing equipmentKnowledge of EPA regulations USDA and sanitation standardsPrevious supervisor experienceBasic computer skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBasic mathematical and problem solving skillsIf interested please apply below or send a updated resume to SGoudy judge.comhttps://www.judge.com/jobs/details/1025739/UI 1025739
