Job Description:

ROLE PURPOSEThe Sales Excellence Analyst role will strengthen the team on its Sales Force Excellence journey and projects specifically related to SFDC. The role will be a strong link between the business and IT/Service desk as it relates to SFDC.MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIESSales Effectiveness & Analytics work is focused on developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance with sales processes and tools to improve sales force effectiveness including:

  • Selecting, managing, and training on sales related systems and databases (CRM: Salesforce)
  • Analyzing sales process reports (e.g., sales activities, opportunity pipeline, average time to close, characteristics of wins vs. losses, etc.) to identify areas for sales process improvement
  • Global Salesforce projects
  • Global user support
  • Global reporting / master data / data compliance for Salesforce
  • Global training initiatives for various user groups
  • Enhancements suggestion and implementation
  • User acceptance testing
  • Work closely with IT to deliver user support, projects, etc.
  • Responsible to add Products to price books and set up sample products and adjust approvers
  • Creation of any new global dashboards/reports
  • Work closely with Sales Operations in the regions including training for Sales Operations teamsPERFORANCE MEASURES
    • Projects to be delivered on a timely manner
    • Smooth implementation of enhancements into production environment
    • Deliver global training / refresher sessions to ensure proper usage and handling of Salesforce
    • Complete global master data initiatives in a timely manner and ensuring data complianceLEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENTS

          • BA/BS from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experience.EXPERIENCE
            • Preferably someone who has used Salesforce before.
            • An eye for detail, and action-oriented, while maintaining good judgment in fast-paced environments.
            • Demonstrate strong capability in verbal and written communications skills across a geographically dispersed audience.
            • Ability to deal with ambiguity, navigate uncertain situations, and drive for clarity.
            • Confidence to call out potential issues, unmet opportunities or raise concerns amongst associates.
            • High personal accountability for self and others, adaptability, empathy and innovative thinking.SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
