Job Description:

The Software Sales Engineer a member of the TruConnect Software group, would be responsible for presenting and selling software solutions to our customers. Besides a very broad knowledge in customer and sheet metal processes, the Software Sales Engineer evaluates customer requirements to present appropriate solutions to customers.Principle Duties & Responsibilities--- Evaluates customer requirements to present appropriate solutions, for sheet metal processing, material flow, intra-logistics, and Industry 4.0 solutions--- Use Customer parts to simulate features of software products--- Conduct live customer webinars and present the software solutions to our customers--- Work with our sales network to present and quote software products for customer projects--- Support Sales network at trade shows, customer seminars as needed across the NAFTA market--- Manage sales opportunities from lead to closure--- Explain Return on Investment of our software portfolioEducation & ExperienceTechnical diploma or higher. Experience in CAD & CAM programming software and sheet metal manufacturing processes. Strong presentation and communicating skills with the ability to manage the sales cycle of the product. A plus will be good knowledge in machine tool software solutions, Metamation software, and detailed knowledge of competitor software, as well as some years Industry experience.
