Location: Midwest Region (In office/remote travel required)

seeking a motivated and results-driven Midwest Sales Representative
to join our dynamic team. Position Overview: The Regional Sales
Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth,
building strong client relationships, and managing accounts within
the Midwest region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a
deep understanding of the experiential industry, as well as a
proven track record in B2B sales. Key Responsibilities: ? Sales
Strategy and Execution: o Develop and implement a strategic sales
plan to achieve revenue targets. o Identify and pursue new business
opportunities within the experiential industry as well as other
adjacent industries that can benefit from the products and services
we offer. ? Client Relationship Management: o Build and maintain
long-term relationships with key clients and partners. o Provide
exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction. Build
relationships that begin with earning clients' trust, which
develops into loyalty, and ultimately produces client advocacy to
accelerate our growth through their confidence in our ability to
serve them well. ? Team Collaboration: o Collaborate with the
marketing, operations, and accounting teams to align sales
strategies with company goals. o Provide communication of market
trends and customer feedback to colleagues and the leadership team
for continual improvement efforts. ? Market Analysis: o Monitor
industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to
identify opportunities and challenges. ? Travel and Representation:
o Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client
meetings across the Midwest region. Qualifications: ? Bachelor's
degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred). ? 5
years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the experiential
industry. ? Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales
targets. ? Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation
skills. ? Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work
independently. ? Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time. ?
