Testimonial Commercial Summary - Under the direction of the
Regional Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager directs,
coordinates and supervises the sales activities of a defined
territory with a selective distribution channel as well as end user
markets and the local engineering community controlling
specifications. Number of openings at each level is determined by
Vice President of Sales. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following: Assists with developing an adequate
distribution network and coordinates related functions such as
market research, promotion of brands, training of users,
application engineering, distribution and service. Prepares reports
for management regarding local activities and market influences.
Recommends and assists with the development of sales policies and
methods, advertising and promotional ideas, forecasts, quotas,
budgets, etc. Other duties may be assigned. Supervisory
Responsibilities - This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
