Description Our Chubb Associate Program is a great starting

Associate within the Claims Quality Assurance Technology team, you
will partner with business units to uphold Chubb’s commitment to
excellence and industry-leading practices. You will conduct quality
reviews to ensure compliance, drive continuous process improvement,
and collaborate with internal claims management teams. Your work
will involve analyzing data results, communicating findings,
recommending solutions, and supporting the development and
execution of actionable improvement plans. You’ll also work with a
third part vendor to leverage their capabilities. By joining the

contribute to the future success of Chubb. MAJOR DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage QA Reports: Build timely and accurate QA
reports, and continuously advance the report templates, infusing
automation in report generation. Improve the accessibility and
usability of data insights through innovative reporting and
visualization techniques. Own Job Aides & Workflow Mapping: Develop
and maintain job aides and workflow maps documenting how to use the
QA software and pull the necessary data for reporting purposes.
Maintain Internal Resources: Organize and manage the QA team’s
SharePoint and internal website. Monitor internal support box for
requests related to the QA software, investigate/resolve/and
communicate Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, preferred
Management Information System, Business Information Systems, Data
Analytics GPA of 3.0 or above required. Strong interpersonal,
written, and verbal communication skills, with a focus on problem
resolution. Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access,
PowerPoint). Experience in PowerQuery, DAX, PowerBI, SharePoint
