This role includes integrating psychiatric expertise with innovative tech tools to enhance patient care in mental health settings. The ideal candidate will effectively combine their clinical experience in psychiatry with an enthusiasm for leveraging technology to improve therapeutic outcomes for patients experiencing a range of psychiatric disorders. Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to diagnose and treat psychiatric disorders. Implement personalized treatment plans integrating digital health solutions. Collaborate with tech teams to optimize healthcare software for psychiatric settings. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceuticals, psychotherapeutic treatments, and digital advancements in psychiatry. Provide crisis intervention services and conduct regular follow-up visits. Educate patients and their families about mental health and technological interventions. Proficiency in psychiatric assessment and diagnosis. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to integrate technology into treatment plans. Knowledge of current pharmaceutical and psychotherapeutic treatments. Experience with digital tools in clinical settings. Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license. Board certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). Eligibility to prescribe medication independently.
